DEPOSITS
A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS 'REQUIRED AT BOOKING; ALL OF THE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO YOUR BALANCE.
THE REMAINDER OF THE BALANCE IS DUE 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. OR THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE.
CANCELLATIONS
24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE ON THE BOOKING APP AND A PHONE CALL TO THE BUSINESS NUMBER.
NO SHOW, NO CALL, OR LESS THAN 24-HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN LOSING YOUR $25 DEPOSIT.

THIS WILL BE LOCATED ON YOUR ORDER RECEIPT AFTER YOU PURCHASE. IF NOT LISTED, THEN IT IS 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

BUSINESS POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 42 hours' notice for adjustments for your appointments and cancellations. If you cancel without 24 hours' notice, you will incur a cancellation fee of $25.
If the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, the $50 deposit will be transferred to the following appointment. After 24 hours, if the next appointment is not rescheduled, you will lose your deposit fee. Our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and tradition of excellent services for our established and future clientele.
REFUND POLICY
ALL TREATMENTS, PACKAGES, AND PRODUCTS are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are unavailable. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for services rendered.
